Any damage from shipping should be reported immediately to [email protected]. You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the seller’s cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.
Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount. Please Note: TWHS may request photo’s to confirm damaged goods. All images should be emailed to [email protected]. This is our discretion.
