TWHS understand the importance of your order arriving promptly, and with the utmost care, which is why we use Star Track Express and Australia Post with signature required. If no one is home, your delivery will usually be redirected to the local Australia Post Office for collection over the counter with Photo ID. Please note that bulky deliveries over 5kg and in certain areas where it is not possible to redirect to the post office, the parcel may instead be held at the local courier depot.
Please note: Items over a 1 metre in length will be shipped by Star Track or local couriers.
